Gold Deal ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Gold Deal mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

- Location Data: With your permission, we collect your device's location to show nearby gold listings and calculate distances to sellers.
- Photos & Camera: With your permission, we access your camera and photo library to allow you to upload images of gold items for listings.
- Transaction Data: Information about purchases, sales, and interactions within the App.
- Chat Messages: Messages exchanged between buyers and sellers through our in-app messaging system.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and push notification tokens.
- Usage Data: How you interact with the App, including pages viewed and features used.

- Access: View the personal data we hold about you through your profile settings.

- Delete: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data. You can do this from Settings > Delete Account, or by contacting us.
- Withdraw Consent: Revoke location or camera permissions through your device settings at any time.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:
- Your profile and personal data are permanently deleted
- Your listings are removed from the marketplace
- Chat messages are anonymized
- Some data may be retained for legal compliance for up to 30 days

The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.
